Buying gifts

I am trying to buy gifts and it keeps coming up with this i have put in a support ticket just wondering if anyone else as had the same problem This transaction attempt has failed. Please use the Proceed button go back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.


Status: MALFORMED


Status Detail: 4001 : The VendorTxCode has been used before. All VendorTxCodes should be unique.

Hi Linda,
I did have problems buying credits, but did manage to after 5 attempts,but should I have bothered as I have still not received them.Support ticket in lets see how long I'm going to be waiting for them.

Linda - I replied to your support ticket yesterday evening as I require more information and this error message will be looked into. Please reply so this issue can be resolved.

Carol - I have also replied to your support ticket. I am sorry you had to wait for a reply to your support ticket but as I only work evenings (every evening) unfortunately a reply will not be instant. We do not have the resources to have member support 24/7.

Sorry Holly but i cant see your reply from last night or today,thats why i put it on here,now my support tickets are closed and gone,dont know whats going on i have got 5 credits but i havent paid for them because of the error

Hi Linda,

Your support tickets are situated on your 'Your Garden' page. Scroll down slightly and you will see that there is one open support ticket to click on.

I have explained further in this support ticket but closed the duplicate so we can just keep one with all the information.

When i click on the open support ticket all i get is the i put in tonight sorry but i cat see your replyit says this support ticket is closed,could you please let me know when i can buy credite with my debit card thanks
