Gratitude to strangers who have touched our hearts

Let me begin by saying that I am not real involved with on-line communities as in My Space or Facebook. I tend to limit my on-line communications with people I know personally.

When I created a memorial to our beloved Ginger on this site, I expected it would be something that only our family would view (or wish to view). It was therapy for me to put my feelings down in words to read later.
What I was not prepared for was the kind words of strangers. I cannot begin to express how this has touched our hearts. That someone we do not know would take the time to express their sympathy for our loss is overwhelming. "Thank you" seems inadequate to express our gratitude.

RE: Gratitude to strangers who have touched our hearts

I too was overwhelmed by the kindness of people when i posted a memorial for my darling little westie 'Georgie'. What a wonderful site this is , to be able to share my grief with others that understand just how i am feeling. It helps the grieving process so much more tolerable to bare, i thank each and everyone of you God bless xxx
