my partner asn't passed yet but i know what is to come

i dont know if i should post this i really am in two minds....my partner as just been diagnosed with MND n been told he as 2-3 yrs at best he's shut me out n he's my world but i dont know where to get help or advice all i know is i love him n want to make the most of what time we do have while we can....can anyone point me in right direction for advice....

Your GP or your partner's Consultant should be able to put you in touch with an MND Specialist Nurse. They are a fantastic resource and a great support for sufferers and their families. Thinking of you x
