Its not getting better

I still feel so raw. so much pain just runs through me every second because every second i have is spent thinking about chris

My parents have finally cracked, its either i stop drinking and cutting and trying to OD, or i have to leave the house

Basically they are telling me to forget him or i will be kicked out with no where to go

I cant forget him, he is the only thing i can think about, i cant sleep or eat and i cant concentrate at school.

I cant go to counsilling.. being under 16 i need a parent with me and i just couldnt stand that

Im scared and in pain

i need help i know that

but where do i go for that help now?

RE: Its not getting better

you can have counselling even if you are under 16 without your parents beeing present so you can speak to your GP again beeing under 16 does not mean your parents have to be there

RE: Its not getting better

Dear Dear Rachel it is a very difficult time for you try and find someone to speak to about your pain or write it out of your system. As a parent I know your parents are probably going out of their mind with worry about you. Eveyday say to yourself Chris is watching over me and I am going to be strong for him today because that is what he would want. No matter where life takes you now he will always be your Guardian Angel! So let him share in the joy of your living my being strong and happy and then he will be happily watching over you!

RE: Its not getting better

Rachael,

I know you have experienced a lot of loss in the past few months, with Chris and his sister, but please don't do anything stupid. Your Mum and Dad love you very much and are probably just trying to shock you into getting help. There is no shame in seeing a counsellor and they could really help you through this awful time. You do need to talk to someone sweetheart, please go and dee your GP for a referal.

Imagine how devastated your Parents would be if anything happened to you. Get help please.

Hugs & Kisses xxxx
