MY HUSBAND DIED 7 WEEKS AGO AND I MISS HIM SO BADLY AND LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART, BUT I FEEL SO GUILTY THAT I HAVE HARDLY CRIED..............IS THIS WRONG OR HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN LIKE THIS ?

I didn't cry too much after the initial shock, but now cry constantly, it is probably shock & the fact that you cannot believe what's happened, your tears will come, may it be good or bad, but when they do it is like a constant waterfall, take care, big hug, you are not alone Wendy xxxxx

i know just how u feel. i didnt cry much after i lost my Rich. tbh i still dont but i love him so much n miss him like crazy.
i do have times when i cry and silly things can set me off. instead of cry i tend to retreat into myself n want to be alone.
every1 deals with grieve differently, so try not to feel guilty and be gentile with yourself its still very early days for u

My husband died suddenly on feb 4th 2009 just 2 days after welcoming our newest grandson into the world,and exactly 1 month before the next grandson was born.i havant really cried much at all,of course there have been moments at night when i get really upset but i have been fine and keeping busy in the day..... until this morning .. i woke up crying and havn't stopped all day, its like a tap has been turned on and it will not go off,ive spent most of the day in my room as i don't want to upset the kids (living with my daughter)but i just cant stop.is this normal ??

Hi Teresa,that is exactly the same as I am, only I still havent cried.
I think (with the help of Gone too Soon) that everyone is different and react differently. I find I keep myself so busy that I dont hav time to think.
