7 months ago i was so happy, having recently got married then found out i was expecting another little girl i was so happy. a few weeks before she was due she was perfectly healthy and i was so looking forward to meeting her.
i went to my anti natal appointment the day before my due date and they could not find her heartbeat so referred me to the day assessment unit, instead of assessing me the midwife just did the same thing but told me everything was fine and heartbeat was fine.
little did i know that she had made a big mistake because my baby was already gone and she told me everthing was fine and sent me home.
i later went in to labour and found out my baby was dead the next morning.
i dont know what to do anymore. is there anyone who has gone through same thing

I am so sorry for your loss i cant begin to imagine your pain no one should ever have to go through such a loss of a child gts is a wonderful site my nephew lost his baby to stillbirth at 29 weeks six years ago and to this day i still dont know what to say to him i worry about saying the wrong thing and makeing things worse take good care x

sorry for your loss i myself lost my little girl 10 week ago tomorrow (monday) i didnt know who to turn to who to talk to never had any contact with a breavement midwife has my area health care dont provide one then i went to leeds sands meeting and found it is helping talking to people who have been through it.

hi hun, so sorry for your loss, i lost my girl olivia ellen at 42 weeks 5 days due to nhs errors also, they also lost all her pm results before we got her home for her funeral so they pm'd her again, we didnt get olivia home for 8 months after we lost her to lay her to rest. Just take each day as it comes hun, you will get there. Since we lost olivia we have lost twin girls at 19 weeks aimee and millie.
