How do I cope with the fact that I have now lost both of my parents and a younger sister in the last 2 years I have never stopped greaving for the loss of my father and sister and now my mum has passed away I am totally alone. from kevin

Thankyou very much for the kind words they were most appreciated this is the third loss that I have suffered within 2 years and I have not had time to greave properly and my will to carry on is weighing very heavy on me as I used to care for my dad and mum with there illneses and my 46 year old sister who had a terminal illness and this is why I feel so low at the moment.from kevin.
