brainHaemorrage

I lost my 34 year old son to a brain haemorrage. We found him died one morning after he had been to work the previous day and took his dog out at night. The autopsy said it was a massive stroke in his brain He was fit and healthy the day brfore . He did nort smoke he did not have high blood pressure. We were told he was probably born with it. I can@t get my head round it. Has this happen to any one else who was youong fit and healthy
